Learn how to help yourself and others be healthy in body, mind and spirit.

American Institute of Holistic Theology offers interfaith college degree programs through distance learning—an exciting alternative. Independent, self-paced programs give you a chance to direct your own learning within guidelines developed by professionals in the fields of religion, science and holistic health. Earn a degree that enriches your own personal growth and that can help you to empower others as well. You can do all of this and more without leaving home.

Bachelor of science, master of science and doctoral degree programs include:

  • Holistic Theology — an integration of spiritual paths that honor the infinite nature of God. Courses include Biblical Studies, World Religions, and Buddhism.
  • Holistic Ministries — learn to minister to the “whole person.” Courses include Spiritual Development, Therapeutic Prayer, and Benefits of Meditation.
  • Holistic Health — designed to acquaint students with the gifts of Divine, no-limits healing that each of us possess. Courses include Prayer, Vibrational Healing, and Shamanic Journeys.
  • Metaphysics — a branch of philosophy concerned with first causes. Courses include Spiritual Healing, General Theology, and Spirituality and Personal Transformation.
  • Parapsychic Science — the investigation of psychic phenomena and the ethereal world. Courses include Understanding Angels, Extrasensory Impressions, and Native American Spirituality.

AIHT programs are intended to help adult students of all ages to grow in their own unique spiritual paths, and to encourage others on their spiritual paths. Our ecumenical programs include coursework to aid in the development of self-management and administrative planning skills, and to aid one’s preparation to serve within a ministerial capacity if the student so chooses.
