Spiritual Journaling as a daily practice
Spiritual Journaling began life as an online guided journaling program. Soon to be available in the form of a book, it is intended for anyone seeking assistance on their spiritual journey.
Though you can use the book at any pace you desire, I suggest you dive in every morning for eight weeks, and each day read a thought-provoking passage inspired by some of history's most respected theologians. These Points of Departure are designed to spark the diarist's pen leading to habitual, deeply-felt journaling.
We designed this course with a longer lesson on Sunday to start each of the eight weeks with a different focus. If you wish to start on another day of the week, simply follow the Points of Departure in order.
